About Me

I'm Thư, a Đà Lạt native and mother who has recently moved to Sheffield with my British husband. After years of cooking for my family, I've brought my homecooked Vietnamese food to the people of Sheffield.

Please enjoy these photos of some of my dishes. There are also a couple of photos of Đà Lạt taken by my late father Bảo Bườn, who was a prominent member of Hội Nhiếp Ảnh Đà Lạt (Da Lat Photography Association), and won various awards for his photography.

About Đà Lạt

Đà Lạt, known as Vietnam's city of love and city of flowers, is nestled in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, the capital of Lâm Đồng province and 300km north of Saigon. Originally founded as a place for French colonialists to escape the heat (and malaria) of Saigon, it is now known for flowers, fruits, coffee, and tourism. With French colonial architecture mixed with beautiful waterfalls, lakes, mountains and valleys, Đà Lạt is a popular holiday destination among those looking to escape the heat of the Vietnamese lowlands and retreat to nature - as well as with honeymooners and instagrammers!
